Well, I am cancelling my accounts today when I get home. RL has been turned up a notch and I am quite busier nowadays. I believe I have logged in a total of 5 times since the beginning of Nov, maybe a few more, maybe less. Last night I had a free night and felt no desire at all to log in. It is really sad actually.

The way the game is now just isnt cutting it. PvP is mediocre at best. There is no purpose and unfortunately, the mentality of most folks nowadays is really not all that fun. I may try the GCW update if it sounds appealling, but quite honestly, I dont have much hope for it, and I truly believe that the sheep will just migrate back to the med center/Restuss area, because quite honestly, thats all they seem to be good at nowadays. That goes for both rebels and Imperials.

I will still be here on the forums for shits and giggles. Its been great playing with all of you and I will be trying out ST online when it comes out...

It's too bad its taken more then 5+ years for the developers to finally get the GCW going in the next update. All the times spent on Jedi and Combat Revamps when they could have made a meaningful GCW. I definitely miss fighting with you Bossa, and the occassional random fights you and I had before you turned to the darkside. I hope to see you in SWTOR, and I may give STO a chance. However, I don't have a lot of faith in Cryptic to deliver...

Bossa, believe it or not i can agree with 100% of what you said..... SWG deleted off my computer, WoW, also deleted off my computer......

My fall back game from wow was always SWG....until I read all the posts from everyone. I used to love playing with everyone here and funny enough, looked forward to the day that wow bored me enough to quit and go back to SWG, to my friends that I loved doing "real" (imo) pvp with......

Unfortunately from what i have read and seen.....SWG isn't the game to go back to, better to wait on STO or be stupid and wait for that EA game that will be an abomination.... (give it time EA fucks up everything they touch, look at warhammer...plenty of people I warned about that shit have said, yah, you told me so...thank god Im not going to be a stupid idiot and hope EA will treat knights any different than any other MMO they have destroyed in the last 15 years). So i guess my pvp time is done with you all Sad

if you ever feel like going back a few years to a pve game, that is based in space...look me up on the e&b emu, if not there I'll be in star trek online when it comes out.....a space sim not corrupted by EA, or influenced by the ez-mode MMO team at blizzard.....

Not really. I understand. No sense in paying for something youv'e got no real interest in using. Hopefully, the new games coming out soon won't suck as bad as SWG is sucking right now.

Thank you very much for the use of your vent. It was very generous of you to keep it up for so long.

On a side note, I have a 35 person vent server that I haven't used in some time. It has been canceled as well, but it is still good until June 18, 2010, I think, if anyone wants to use it in the mean time.
